If you are looking to request records of fire inspections, open fire code violations, fire investigations, environmental concerns or hazardous materials please complete the following form.

Before doing so, we recommend that you verify that the location is within our jurisdiction. To do so, you can view a map of our fire district here: Juridiction Map

Adams County Fire Rescue Board Members have accepted the new Resolution for the Open Records Act.

Notice: By law, every 5 years the Colorado Legislative Council is required to increase the research and retrieval fee to reflect the increases in the consumer price index published by the US Bureau of Labor and Statistics during that 5-year period. The Legislative Council has increased the hourly fee from $33.58 to $41.37 effective July 1, 2024.
